Why won’t my Steamboy Product Steam?

• This can be caused from a few issues.
  1. The water tank may not be in properly: Please make sure that the water tank is pushed in fully.  If there is a gap, the pump may not be able to draw the water into the unit.
  2. Please check the water filter: If the machine has not be used for a few weeks, it may be that the filter material has consolidated a bit and not allowing the water to move through it, and so no water from the bottle can reach the steamer.  Please take the filter off the machine and knock it against the counter to try to loosen the material inside the filter, then put the filter back on the machine and try again.  I have attached a short video link below to demonstrate what I mean.

The unit may be clogged, so that steam cannot get out.  This can be the result of hard water build up.  Here is a link to a video to show you how to unclog your unit.
