How is this steam mop different from others?

• The Pronto 300CS is a 2-in-1 steam cleaning system. You can use it as both a handheld steam cleaner and a steam mop.
• The Pronto 300CS includes a wall mount bracket system to store your pronto and accessories all in one place.

How hot is the steam being emitted from my Pronto Plus 300CS?

• The steam temperature at the tip of the pronto 200CS is 215°F / 102°C

Can my Pronto Plus 300CS sanitize and disinfect surfaces?

• Steam is a tried and true sanitizer. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, viruses are killed by heat above 167° F / 75°C. Steam is known to eliminate viruses and has long been an alternative to cleaning textiles with detergent and water.

How do I fill my Pronto Plus 300CS?

• When filling with water, remove the 350ml water tank by pressing the release button. Fill to the suggested maximum and return the water tank into place. The tank is secured into place when you hear a click sound. Continue as needed.

Do I need to use distilled water?

• No, the Pronto 300CS works best with regular tap water. If you have really hard water, we suggest emptying the water tank after use.  This will ensure no settled water clog the unit.  For best results, always use clean fresh water.

How long does it take to produce steam?

• Ready in under 30 seconds. After the unit is plugged in, the red light on top will flash. When the light stops blinking, you are ready to go. Press the electronic steam trigger once to turn on. Press the electronic steam trigger again to turn off.

How many accessories come with the unit? Can I buy replacements?

How many microfiber pads come with the unit? Can I buy replacement pads?

Can I use steam on all floor surfaces?

• The Pronto 300CS can be used on all hard floors like marble, ceramic, stone, linoleum, sealed hardwood floors and parquet. Always test on a small patch to be certain

Can I use it vertically?

• Yes, the Pronto Plus 300CS can be used vertically for surfaces and hard to reach areas

Is it used for residential purposes or can it be used as a commercial steam cleaner?

• It is a Residential Grade machine, recommended to be used not more than 15 hours per week.
