Why isn't my steamer giving steam?

The unit may be clogged inside. Please refer to your instruction manual on how to clean your unit.

Why is water droplets coming out of the hose when i'm using it? 

Your using unit on too much of an angle. Please use vertically

What kind of Garment Steamer is this?

It is a flow through "kettle" type garment steamer. The water is gravity fed. The heating element heats the water until it boils, just like your kitchen kettle.

What is the difference between the Vivio 500GC and 550GC?

The 500GC has a very durable PVC head with a detachable fabric brush. The 550GC has aluminum head and wooden handle.

How long is the steam hose and can it be made longer?

The hose cannot be made longer because the user will get condensation from within the hose and it will drip.
