Getting too much water?

Turn temperature control up on the iron, if this does not solve the problem contact us.

Not getting enough steam ?

Make sure steam adjustment knob is turned to plus sign to increase steam and not toward the minus sign which decreases steam.

Why did I blow a fuse/pop breaker when using product?

Your circuit is overloaded (too many components on the same circuit)

Why am I getting dirt coming out of iron ?

We recommend to use partially distilled water and to drain any standing water in the iron once a week.

How do I drain the water from the boiler?
To empty the boiler remove the drain nut from the bottom of the unit (with the tool supplied) and drain water.

Steam is too moist?
Turn up the temperature.

Recommendation
Do not leave the hot iron on top of the boiler.
