What do the two buttons on the bottom right side of the control panel do?
The very bottom button on the right side of the control panel is for if you want continuous steam, whereas the button just above that is for if you want steam to only flow when you are pressing the pedal.
What's different about the two buttons on the bottom left side of the control panel?
These buttons are for if you want to work with low heat and no steam and are specifically designed for delicate materials such as nylon and silk.
What type of water should be used with the unit?
Only distilled water should be used to avoid internal calcification of the unit.
Is the canvas cotton pad replaceable?
Yes the canvas cotton pad is replaceable. Please contact us if you need a replacement.
How do you remove the filter?
Simply wiggle the filter as you pull and it should come out easily.
When should I drain the unit?
You should drain the unit before you put it into storage for a significant amount of time.
When do I know when the unit is ready for use?
Once you chose the settings you are working with, you must wait until all lights stop flashing and go solid.
How do I store the unit?
Only put the unit in storage after the unit has cooled down and you have drained the water
How do I drain the unit?
Unscrew the metal cap on the bottom of the unit with a quarter or key and then proceed to drain the water into a bucket. (We recommend that you unplug the unit before draining)
