Why isn't my steamer giving steam?

If you've had the unit for a while and have been using tap water, the unit may be clogged inside. Please refer to your instruction manual on how to clean your unit.

Why is water droplets coming out of the hose head when i'm using it? 

When the steam head and hose is used a relatively horizontal position, the water that is condensed inside the hose has a chance to run out of the steam head instead of running down the hose, as it would when the hose is kept vertical to the ground.  Use of the steam head/hose in a vertical position should stop the water droplets from coming out.

What kind of Garment Steamer is this?

It is a flow through "kettle" type garment steamer. The water is gravity fed. The heating element heats the water until it boils, just like your kitchen kettle.

What is the difference between the Vivio 500GC and 550GC?

The 500GC has a very durable PVC head with a detachable fabric brush. The 550GC has aluminum head and wooden handle.

How long is the steam hose and can it be made longer?

The hose is approximately 65 inches.  Unfortunately it cannot be made longer.
