How to install the direct feed?
Please reference instruction manual page 5, titled "connection to water pipe and starting.

How to increase or decrease the steam?

Steam is adjusted by a small black knob (steam flow control) attached to the solenoid found on the top of the unit, left is more right is less.

How to drain unit ?

Remove plug from the end of drain so to attach drain hose, then proceed to open the drain valve and empty water into bucket. This should be done In the morning before work while unit is still cold.

What do I do when the low water light comes on?

Check that the water feed is on.

Why is boiler leaking when hooked up to the direct feed?

Please reference instruction manual page 5.

Why is my boiler leaking from the inside

Please reference explanation on page 9 titled: "water level probe cleaning procedure".

Recommendation
Don't use 100% distilled water.
