Can I use distilled water or when do I have to use distilled water?

If you have a very hard water (lots of minerals) you must use half distilled and half hard; However, you can use distilled all the time if you would prefer.

Why did I blow a fuse/pop breaker when using product?

Your circuit is overloaded (too many components on the same circuit)

Why am I getting dirt coming out of the iron?

We recommend to use partially distilled water and to drain any standing water in the iron once a week.

My iron does not get hot enough?

Turn temperature control up on the iron, if this does not solve the problem contact us.

I don't get any steam?

Make sure steam adjustment knob is turned to plus sign to increase steam and not toward the minus sign which decreases steam.

Why is steam leaking from safety filler cap?

Try tightening the cap more or check the seal that it's not worn or ripped, we also recommend to lubricate seal with vaseline every 2 to 3 weeks.

Why is the iron is giving water with steam?

Check to see if the boiler is overfilled. Don't completely fill the boiler or you might get water with your steam. In addition, make sure the temperature of the iron is not set too low.

What extension cord should I use?

We recommend not to use an extension cord but if you must, use a heavier gauge cord.
