Why does the light flash but steam won't come out?

When you are setting the iron temperature make sure your hand is not on handle activating the sensor.

Why did I blow a fuse/pop breaker when using product?

Your circuit is overloaded (too many components on the same circuit)

Why am I getting dirt coming out of iron?

We recommend to use partially distilled water and to drain any standing water in the iron once a week.

Why does my iron not get hot enough?

Turn temperature control up on the iron, if this does not solve the problem contact us.

How do I override the automatic shut off?

Hold the right steam icon for 8 seconds, lights will flash 3 times then the override is set.

What do I do if the steam being produced is too moist?

Select a higher temperature.

Should I use distilled water?

If you have a very hard water (lots of minerals) you must use half distilled and half hard; However, you can use distilled all the time if you prefer.

What extension cord should i use?

We recommend not to use an extension cord, but if you must, use an extension cord with a heavy gauge.
