Can I use distilled water?
- You cannot use 100% distilled water. The Brio 220CC is designed to work with regular tap water.
Why is my boiler not releasing any steam?
- If your boiler is not releasing any steam, please check for the following:
- Ensure that the hose is correctly connected to the body. If the steam hose is not connected, the steam will not activate.
- Confirm the unit is fully heated up. When the unit is ready, a green light will illuminate and you are ready to steam.
How hot is the steam being emitted from my Brio 220CC?
- The steam temperature at the tip of the Brio 220CC is 245°F / 118°C.
How big is the tank on the Brio 220CC?
- The Brio 220CC includes a 1.5 L Water Capacity.
How powerful is the Brio 220CC?
- Our 4.5-bar (65 PSI) operating pressure and up to 56 gm/min steam output ensures outstanding professional results.
How long is the Brio 220CC steam hose? Can it go any longer?
- The Brio 220CC is equipped with a 6’ steam hose. This is the optimal length for steam. Any longer and you will get too much moisture build up in the line.
What accessories does the 220CC come with?
- The Brio 220CC comes with a 17-piece accessory kit, which includes Extension Hoses, Small Brass Brush (x2), Small Nylon Brus (x3), Large Nylon Brush (x3), Window Squeegee, Cotton Steam Cover, Accessories Adapter, Floor Brush, Steam Handle with Lock, Angled Nozzle, Microfiber Floor Pad, Funnel, Watering Jug, and Storage Bag.
What is the difference between the Brio 225CC and Brio 220CC?
- The difference is that the Brio 225CC comes with a hard case while Brio 220CC comes with a storage bag.
How long does the 220CC run for?
- One full tank is enough for a maximum of 50 minutes of use on low steam and 32 minutes on high steam pressure. You can adjust the amount of steam pressure by turning the steam dial open and close.
How do I refill the 220CC?
- In order to refill the 220CC, the unit must first be depressurized. To remove the safety filling cap and refill the unit, follow these steps:
- Ensure the steamer is plugged in. Switch the appliance off by pressing the power button, which is located on the front of the device as shown.
- Hold the trigger to release built up pressure from the appliance. Continue to hold the trigger until there is no more steam coming out of the gun. Note:This process can take a few minutes.
- Once there is no more steam coming out of the appliance, remove the safety filler cap located on top of the unit. Once the cap is removed, refill the unit with water. After refilling, close the safety filler cap and ensure it is tightly secured. The appliance is now ready for use.

Why does the safety filler cap just spin, and I cannot refill?
- This is a safety feature. The filler cap won’t open until the unit has been depressurized. To depressurize, follow these steps:
- Ensure the steamer is plugged in. Switch the appliance off by pressing the power button, which is located on the front of the device as shown.
- Hold the trigger to release built up pressure from the appliance. Continue to hold the trigger until there is no more steam coming out of the gun. Note: This process can take a few minutes.
- Once there is no more steam coming out of the appliance, remove the safety filler cap located on top of the unit.

Does the Brio 220CC come with a warranty?
- The Brio 220CC comes with a lifetime warranty on the boiler. All other parts are warranty from defect for one year.
